The museum’s first floor exhibits pre-history and the Ancient World, beginning with the Fossil Gallery. This is a display of dramatic battling dinosaurs featuring an Edmontosaurus under attack by a Daspletosaurus and Ivan, the T. rex. The first floor also features exhibits with artifacts from many ancient civilizations including Roman, Greek, Egyptian, Pre-Columbian, African, Ancient Near East, Etruscan, and Asian.

You will see wonderful treasures from the earliest civilizations including fabulous treasures from ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome highlighted by:

Ancient Weapons
Gold Jewelry
Beautiful Statues & Pottery
Coffins
Two Egyptian Mummies

The first floor also features a 12-foot tall, 4-foot wide, 4-˝ ton section of the Berlin Wall. The museum reinforced the floor to display this piece of Cold War history. The wall section is on loan to the museum from the American Overseas Schools Historical Society.

These are only a portion of the artifacts you will see on the First Floor.
